- Supply, install, timer, one fix-it visit, takedown and storage. Nothing to buy or store.
- Book online, pay online, don't be home. Photo texted when it's done.
How much does holiday light installation cost in Sun Valley and Ketchum?
$695 for a single-story roofline up to 120 feet, $995 for two story up to 150 feet. That includes the lights, the install, the timer, one fix-it visit, takedown in January and storage.
Those are the prices on the booking page and the prices on your card. There's no estimate visit and no number that changes once someone sees the house. If your roofline is longer we text you the extra footage ($60 per 10 feet) before the install, and you say yes or no.
Trees, wreaths and garland are add-ons: $150 for a tree under 12 feet, $275 for the big one out front, $95 for a lit wreath with entry garland.
What's included?
Lights, clips, timer, install, one mid-season fix, takedown and storage. You own none of it and touch none of it.
- Warm-white C9 LED bulbs on commercial clips, the kind that stay put at 6,000 feet when the wind comes down Warm Springs.
- Lights run on an outdoor timer we set: on at dusk, off at 11 or whenever you want.
- One free fix-it visit during the season. A strand goes out, text us, we're there within 48 hours.
- Takedown the first two weeks of January. We store the lights. Next year you're a text away from the same setup.
When should I book?
Now. Install slots run through December 10 and the weekends in late November go first.
Most people in the valley want lights up for Thanksgiving week when family comes to ski. Book two weeks ahead if you can. If you're a second-home owner and the house is empty, book whenever; we don't need you there.
Do you supply the lights?
Yes. You lease commercial-grade LEDs for the season instead of buying a bin of strands that die every other year.
Store-bought strands fail in the cold and look uneven on a long roofline. Ours are commercial-grade and rated for mountain winters. If you already have lights you love, we'll hang those instead for $350 (single story) or $495 (two story), as long as they're laid out and working when we arrive.
How does booking work?
Pick the package online, choose a day, enter your address, pay. You get a text confirming the two-hour window. A crew from the valley shows up and texts you a photo when it's done.
Everything is prepaid so there's no invoice to chase and no one asking you to be home at 2 p.m. on a Tuesday. Questions before or after, reply to any text from us.
Two-story in Elkhorn, 140 feet of roofline plus the aspen by the driveway. You book Monday for Thursday and fly to Boise. Crew arrives at 9, done by 11:30, photo on your phone before lunch. Total on the card: $995 + $150 for the tree. Nothing else.
Who is this not for?
If you want a custom design with color-changing lights, animated displays, or lights on a roofline you can't reach safely from a ladder, we're not the right call.
We do clean warm-white rooflines, trees and doors, done fast by people who live here. Three-story rooflines, steep metal roofs, and anything that needs a lift, text us first and we'll tell you straight whether we can do it.

Questions people text us
Do you supply the lights or do I?
We supply them. Commercial-grade warm-white C9 LEDs on clips, rated for mountain winters. You lease them for the season, we store them after. If you'd rather we hang your own, that's the install-only package at $350 for single story or $495 for two.
What if my roofline is longer than 120 feet?
Book the base package anyway. We measure from your address before the install and text you if it runs over. Extra roofline is $60 per 10 feet and you approve it before anyone shows up.
Do I have to be home?
No. We need an outdoor outlet with power and a clear path around the house. Leave the gate unlocked and we'll text a photo when it's done.
A strand went out. Now what?
Text us. One fix-it visit per season is included and we're out within 48 hours.
When do the lights come down?
First two weeks of January, weather permitting. Takedown and storage are included in the price. You're first in line next year.
Can you do the lights and the gutters in one trip?
Yes, and it's the most common booking. We're already on the ladder. Add gutter cleaning to the same booking for $195 single story or $275 two story.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 48 hours before your window. Inside 48 hours, 50%. Weather days we reschedule at no charge.
