Gutter cleaning
Every gutter hand-cleared, downspouts flushed, debris hauled, photo sent. Do it before the ice has a chance.
Roof snow and ice dams
We rake the eaves after big storms so meltwater ends up on the ground, not in your ceiling.
Shoveling
Driveway, walk and steps, cleared and salted. Per storm, or a Season Pass so you never think about it.

Warm-white C9 LEDs on your roofline, trees and door. We supply the lights, hang them, set the timer, fix anything that goes out, and take it all down in January. $695 single story, $995 two story, everything included.

A crew from the valley arrives in your window, does the work, and texts you a photo when it's done.

Questions
Do I have to be home?
No. We need gate access, a clear path around the house, and for lights, an outdoor outlet with power. We text a photo when it's done.
Is the price on the page really the price?
Yes. You pay online when you book and that's the charge. The only exception is extra roofline on holiday lights, which we confirm with you by text before the install.
Can I book more than one thing at once?
Yes. Lights plus gutters is the common one in November; roof rake plus shoveling in January. Add anything to the same booking and we do it in one trip.
Who actually shows up?
A crew that lives in the valley, working under Ketchum Home Services. You get their first name by text when they're on the way.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 48 hours before your window. Inside 48 hours, 50%. Weather days we reschedule at no charge.
