$195 for a single-story home, $275 for two story. That's every gutter cleaned by hand, every downspout flushed, debris bagged and hauled, and a photo of the result.
The price is on the booking page and it's what you pay. No one comes out to look first. If you book it with holiday lights or roof snow removal, it's the same price and one trip.
What does the service include?
Hand-clearing every gutter, flushing every downspout until it runs clear, hauling the debris, and a before-and-after photo texted to you.
- Leaves, needles and roof grit scooped out by hand, not blown onto your deck.
- Downspouts flushed with water so we know they actually drain. A gutter that's clean but drains into a plugged downspout is still a problem.
- Debris bagged and taken with us.
- Photo of the clean gutters, plus a photo of anything we noticed: a loose hanger, a sagging section, a downspout aimed at the foundation.
When should gutters be cleaned here?
Late October through mid-November, after the leaves drop and before the first hard freeze. If you're reading this and there's no snow on the roof yet, now.
The valley's problem isn't leaves so much as what leaves do in December. A gutter packed with wet cottonwood leaves freezes into a block, meltwater backs up under the shingles, and you get an ice dam and a stained ceiling in February. Cleaning in fall is the cheapest insurance there is.
Spring cleaning after runoff is worth it too, mostly to clear the grit and needles that came down with the snow.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our gutter jobs are done with nobody there. Leave the gate open and we'll text a photo.
If your house sits empty in the shoulder season, this is the one to book before you leave. Add a home watch visit and we'll check on it weekly while you're gone.

Who is this not for?
Gutters with built-in heat cable or gutter guards that need removing, or a roof too steep or high to reach safely from a ladder.

Questions people ask about gutters
How often should gutters be cleaned in the Wood River Valley?
Once in late fall after the aspens and cottonwoods drop, and once in spring after runoff. Houses under big cottonwoods or next to the river may need a mid-summer pass. Fall is the one that matters: clogged gutters plus a hard freeze is how ice dams start.
Do I have to be home?
No. We need a clear path around the house and gate access. We text you a before-and-after photo when we're done.
What if it's already snowed?
If the gutters are frozen solid we can't clean them without damaging them. We'll reschedule at no charge for the next thaw, or you can switch the booking to roof snow removal.
Do you fix loose gutters or downspouts?
We'll re-seat a downspout that's come apart and tell you about anything else we see, with a photo. We don't do gutter repair or replacement; we'll point you to someone who does.
Can you do gutters and holiday lights in one trip?
Yes. It's the most common combination in November. Book both and we do them together.

Full refund up to 48 hours before your window. Inside 48 hours, 50%. Weather days we reschedule at no charge.
